Summer Art Studio Camp

Our Summer Art Studio Camps offer an exciting and enriching space for young artists aged 7-14. The camps aim to foster creativity, enhance artistic skills, and encourage self-expression through various hands-on art activities. Each themed week is designed to engage campers in a fun, collaborative environment while exploring different artistic mediums. Summer Art Studio Camps instructors consist of certified educators from Dearborn Public Schools and College from Creative Studies who have undergone thorough background checks and are CPR trained, ensuring that your young artist is safe and well cared for. You can have complete peace of mind knowing that your child’s creative journey is guided by experienced professionals.

Camp Details:
Camp is from 10am – 3pm Monday through Friday
Cost per child per week is $275 for resident and $300 for non-resident
Must have a packed lunch and a snack for each child. Lunch package is available for $ per child per day

June 23-27
“Dive into Creativity” Ocean Themed Art Camp (Ages 7-11).

This curriculum encourages creativity through various artistic techniques and materials, ensuring a fun art camp experience. Enjoy a week full of hands-on activities that let your imagination swim free!

Week 2
July 7-11
“Art in Motion: A Creative Journey Through Movement!” Art and Movement Themed Camp (Ages 7-11).

This curriculum encourages creativity through movement and various forms of artistic expression, engaging children both physically and artistically throughout the week.

Week 3
July 21-25
“Heroes& Villains: Epic Character Design, Comic & Manga Creation Camp!” Character Development and Illustration Themed Camp (Ages 11-14).

This curriculum is designed to guide students through the exciting process of character design and comic book creation, promoting creativity, collaboration, and storytelling. Each student will leave with a complete comic book reflecting their unique artistic
journey.
