MAYSA: Heart to Heart LIVE! Concert
LightShine Entertainment/Tiny Stage presents, MAYSA! With an awe-inspiring musical history spanning from her college days at Morgan State University, through the 1990's with being part of "Wonderlove"...the power-vocalists backing Stevie Wonder, and then joining the amazing British music group Incognito (which she continues to wow audiences around the world with). Maysa is coming to Dearborn-Detroit! With a one-night-only, very special intimate setting performance, Jazz & R&B and soul songstress Maysa will be totally free, up close and personal as she shares just as her heart moves her to...maybe giving us literally from "All My Life" up to her latest "Music For Your Soul". Grammy Nominated, world-renowned and loved for her sultry, soulful musical delivery of messages that touch the heart, Maysa is her to share, inspire and join our efforts to support the community enrichment work of area service organizations...for our 30th year of quiet, responsible giving. Our primary recipients targeted for this event's support are: Detroit PBS and Detroit NPR, Mosaic Youth Theater, Feeding America and Lupus Detroit.
And the evening sets off to its powerful start with the return performance of one of Detroit's most engaging and talented local music groups...The Circle of Sound Band, with a mix of soul, R&B and a sprinkle of Oh My Gosh! You are sure to remember the name: Detroit's own Circle of Sound Band! Don't wait on this one and miss out! Get your tickets today...you'll be glad that you did!
Performance on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 7:30pm. Concert approximately 2 hours & 30 minutes. Ticket link to Eventbrite below.
