The Dearborn Community Chorus (DCC) will present its annual Spring Concert with the theme of "From Sea to Shining Sea - Songs from the U.S.A." on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 7pm in the Michael A. Guido Theater. Reserved seat tickets for the concert are $14 and $11, with student priced tickets at $9. Selections will include: "American, The Beautiful", "Roll, Jordan, Roll", "Rhythm of Life", and songs by Gershwin and Porter, to name a few. The repertoire for this concert will be the same performed by DCC in July 2014 as it represents Dearborn and U.S.A. at the World Choir Games in Riga, Latvia. The Dearborn Community Chorus, established in 1969 by the Dearborn Recreation Department, welcomes all, ages 16 and older, who love to sing. The group rehearses weekly from September through May and presents two major performances at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center in December and May. DCC also performs for community events, and entertains at area senior facilities. Visit the Center Box Office at 15801 Michigan Ave, Dearborn or call 313 943 2354 for tickets or order online.
